Expert gemologists cannot tell the difference between the two with the naked eye. A CVD diamond can only be distinguished from other mined diamonds using specialized equipment that can detect the very minor differences in trace elements and crystal growth.
These are NOT diamond simulates.
In 2018, the FTC ruled that, for all intents and purposes, Lab Diamonds, CVD, Cultured diamonds and Earth mined diamonds are the same thing: 100% a diamond!
As such, they are and are all graded and traded the same.
